Muse rolls out US-first. Meta ships assistant features in the United States, watches them, then brings a narrower version to other markets once regulatory and language work is done. In practice that means people in Europe get fewer capabilities, later, and often without knowing which version they are talking to.

- US accounts get new abilities first, usually by months.

Why Europe lags
European data rules are stricter about what an assistant may do with your messages and what it may decide on your behalf. That is good for you and slow for a US-first rollout. An assistant built in Europe starts from those rules instead of retrofitting them.
Norma is the European option
Norma is built in Stockholm, runs in the EU, and works the same in Malmö as in Madrid. There is no regional feature ladder and no waiting for a US feature to arrive in a reduced form. There is one public line, and a new batch gets in every Friday, in order.
