What Instinct does well

Instinct nailed the interface. No app, no dashboard, you text or call it like a person. That is the right idea and we are not pretending otherwise.

It is ambitious about scope. Early users showed it booking travel, handling email and closing CRM work in the first week.

It has the money to get better fast. $350 million raised in four months, with Index, Benchmark and Kleiner Perkins behind it.

Where Norma is different

You can get in. Norma has a public line and a new batch every Friday. Instinct needs an invite from an existing member.

Nothing goes out without a yes. Instinct's terms let it enter binding agreements on your behalf. Norma asks first, every time, and shows the exact amount before any purchase.

Done means done. Instinct users reported emails sent without confirmation. Norma never says “sent” or “booked” until it has verified the result.

A real off switch. Text STOPP and Norma stops messaging you until you text STARTA. It holds across restarts. Instinct has nothing like it.

Your data stays yours. Instinct's terms grant a perpetual, irrevocable licence to your materials. Norma does not train on your data, and a forget request removes the fact and everything built on it.
