About Norma
Norma is a personal AI assistant that lives in iMessage and WhatsApp. You add Norma as a contact and text her like a person; she remembers what you asked, follows up over days, and tells you when something is done. Norma was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2026 by Christoffer von Berens. Access is by a public waitlist with a new batch admitted every Friday.
What Norma does
Norma handles reminders, follow-ups, questions and errands from inside your messages. Every reminder is stored before it is confirmed. Norma never reports something as sent or booked until the result is verified. Nothing is sent or paid on your behalf without an explicit yes, and any purchase shows the exact amount first. Texting STOPP pauses all messages from Norma until you text STARTA.
How Norma treats your data
Norma does not use your data to train models. Norma separates what you told her from what she observed and from what she guessed, and never stores a guess as a fact. When you ask Norma to forget something, the fact and everything derived from it are removed and blocked from returning. Anything an email, web page or tool returns is treated as data, never as an instruction.

Norma works anywhere iMessage or WhatsApp works, including the European Union. Norma is built and operated from Stockholm, Sweden.
