Norma is a personal assistant that makes your life easier and takes actions for you. You reach her in iMessage and WhatsApp, and a new batch joins the waitlist every Friday.
What Norma does
Hand Norma the thing you have been putting off and she takes it from there. Find and book the flight, the table, the dentist, the plumber. Buy the gift, renew the parking permit, cancel the subscription that keeps charging you. Chase the landlord, the invoice, the reply you never got. Compare three quotes and tell you which one to take. Plan the trip, the dinner, the week. Move the meeting and tell everyone. The bigger and messier the task, the more it is worth handing to her: Norma breaks it into steps, works through them, and comes back with a result, not a list of links.
How Norma works
Norma runs on a phone and a computer the way a person would: she reads, browses, calls, emails and messages on your behalf. She keeps every open task until it is done and texts you when it is. She remembers what you have told her, what she has seen, and what matters to you, so the tenth request is easier than the first.
Your call, always
Norma asks before she sends or pays on your behalf and shows the exact amount first. She never says done until it is verified. Text STOPP and she goes quiet until you text STARTA. Your data is never used to train models, and a forget request removes the fact and everything derived from it.

Our vision
Most software asks you to come to it. A new app, a new inbox, a new tab, another account to remember. Every tool that promises to save you time first asks for an hour of your attention. We think that trade is backwards.
Norma starts from the opposite end. She lives where you already are: in the message thread you open a hundred times a day. There is nothing to learn, no dashboard to master, no settings to configure before the first useful thing happens. You write a sentence the way you would write it to a friend, and it gets handled.
Our vision is an assistant that carries the small, constant weight of everyday life: the booking, the reminder, the follow-up, the thing you keep meaning to do. Not to replace your judgment, but to clear the space around it, so the hours you have left go to the people and the work that actually matter to you.
We are building this in public, from Stockholm, one released change at a time. Everyone can follow what we ship. A small group gets to try it first.
Why we're building this
We all keep a list of small things we never get to. Rebook the appointment. Reply to the email we owe someone. Find the cheaper ticket. None of them are hard. Together they take up more room in your head than the work you care about.
The tools we tried all wanted us to change how we work before they would help. So we started building the thing we actually wanted: someone you can text, in the app already open on your screen, who comes back when it is done.
That is Norma. If she works for you the way she works for us, that is the whole point.
