Norma vs Meta Muse
Meta Muse isn't coming to Europe yet. Norma is already here.
Meta launched Muse on 8 September 2026 and it was the number two app in the US two days later. It lives in WhatsApp, runs errands in its own virtual computer, and asks before it spends. It is also US only, adults only, and built by an ad company two weeks after an $18 billion settlement. Norma is the same idea, in the same WhatsApp, from Stockholm.
What Meta Muse does well
Distribution. It is inside WhatsApp for two billion people, and it hit number two in the App Store in two days.
It does real errands: travel, bills, forms, shopping, and it shows you the browser while it works.
It asks before it spends or sends, and Meta says conversations never reach the ads system.
Where Norma is different
Available in Europe. Muse is US only. Norma is built in Stockholm and works wherever WhatsApp or iMessage does.
Not an ad company. Meta says Muse data stays out of ads. Norma has no ads system for it to stay out of, and never trains on your data.
Done means done. Muse lets you watch the browser. Norma verifies the result before she tells you it happened, and shows unknown outcomes as unknown.
One word off. Text STOPP and Norma goes quiet until you text STARTA. Muse has no equivalent.
Forget means forget. A forget request removes the fact and everything built on it, and blocks it from returning through backups.
