Where Norma is different
No server. OpenClaw needs a machine, keys and an afternoon. Norma needs your phone number.
Security is our job. With OpenClaw, prompt injection and broken gateways are your problem. Norma treats every tool result as data, never as an instruction, and memory can never change what she is allowed to do.
Durable by default. OpenClaw automations broke for some users on upgrade. Norma stores every reminder before confirming it and is tested to survive restarts.
Done means done. Norma never reports a result she has not verified.
A real off switch. STOPP pauses everything, STARTA resumes, and it holds across restarts.
