Meta Muse launches in the US first. In the EU it's delayed or limited because of data protection and AI rules. Norma works across Europe today, in WhatsApp and iMessage, with data kept in the EU.

It's the rules, not your phone
Reinstalling or switching region settings rarely helps. The limits are on Meta's side, tied to how personal data is processed and used for training in the EU.
Should I use a VPN?
It might unlock some features, but it can break other things and doesn't change where your data goes. We wouldn't recommend it for an assistant that knows your life.
