Why Meta Muse is hard to get in Europe
European data and AI rules limit how personal data can be moved and used for training. Assistants built around American data practices have to be rebuilt before they launch here, so Europe waits.
What you get with Norma instead
An assistant you text like a friend. She remembers people, plans and preferences, and follows things through until they're done, asking before she acts.
