Proactive calls and texts when it matters

An idea we're exploring: Norma reaching out first when something changes and you'd want to know.

An assistant that only responds isn't much of an assistant. We're exploring how Norma could reach out on its own when something has changed and you'd want to know: a delayed flight, a moved meeting, a deadline that's closer than it looks.

The bar for interrupting you would be deliberately high. Norma would weigh how time-sensitive something is against what you're doing, and batch the small stuff into a single message rather than pinging you all day.

The plan is for you to set quiet hours, tell Norma what's worth a phone call versus a text, and for it to learn from what you ignore.
