Booking a plumber, a dentist, or a haircut is rarely hard — it's just tedious. We're exploring how Norma could take the whole errand: finding options nearby, calling them, comparing times and prices, and confirming the one that fits your week.

It would read your calendar before committing to anything, avoid the hours you've marked as protected, and add travel time so a 9:00 appointment across town doesn't collide with a 9:30 call.

If something needs your judgement — a price that seems high, a slot that clashes with something personal — Norma should stop and ask instead of guessing.
