Exploring
Following up on threads you've dropped

An idea we're exploring: Norma noticing when a conversation goes quiet and gently picking it back up.
Most things don't fall apart because you forgot them. They fall apart because a message never got answered, and nobody noticed. We're exploring how Norma could keep track of the conversations you're waiting on and quietly bring them back to life.
When a thread goes quiet, Norma would look at what was being decided, who owed whom a reply, and how urgent it is. If a nudge is warranted, it would write one in your voice and send it — over text, email, or a short call — then tell you what happened.
You would stay in control. The intent is for Norma to ask before reaching out to anyone new, and for you to be able to tell it to wait, to soften the tone, or to leave a particular person alone entirely.
